We aim to ship within 2 business/working days.
Refunds can only be issued if incorrect goods are recieved. The customer must notify Colourful Confetti within 3 working days should they recieve incorrect goods. In such instances, a Refund will be issued upon recieving incorrect goods within 10 working days of receipt, and only if goods are recieved in their original state (e.g confetti is not mixed with other colours). The return fees for incorrect goods will be paid for by Colourful Confetti UK.
